History
Since its opening in 1909, Casino Bern has been an important social and cultural meeting place for the city and the region of Bern.
The construction was made possible by the Burgergemeinde which assured the state and the municipality of Bern that it would finance renewal of the entire venue with its own resources.
After an extensive two-year long renovation, Casino Bern opened its doors in September 2019, presenting itself in new splendor under the motto “Everything under one roof”.
